Logos Coherence, LLC is the company behind the Logos Coherence Framework. The framework is open source. The company exists to develop it, publish the evidence for it, and help organisations apply it to their own domain.
What we do
Publications & methodology
The instrumentation paper, the corpus and μ gold standard, the Lab record, and the red-team ledger. Published with provenance, reviewed adversarially, narrowed where the evidence demanded it.
Domain extension & pilots
Sorting a body of rules into classification, structural obligation and world-fact enforcement — then authoring the extension module and the labeled scenarios that measure it. Shadow mode first; enforcement is a post-pilot decision.
The middleware
The substrate loader, extraction interface, read-back gate and deterministic kernel, plus the Lab harness that measures them. Open source, with the build plane held to a single rule: claim only what runs.
How we work
The framework is developed under two planes: a governance plane holding design rationale, decision records and methodology, and a build plane holding source, tests, CI and run artifacts. A document lives in exactly one authoritative place.
Pilot data is sourced from material we own — scenarios authored from experience, public frameworks, independent projects. Proprietary artifacts belonging to anyone else do not enter the corpus or the shapes.
